Full Description
In a paddock between the present farmhouse and the road is the corner of a substantial ditched enclosure. Seems to be part of a rectangular moat surrounding the position of the present house and with the northern arm passing between the house and the barn (1). Curved narrow ditch to east of Oldhams Hollow farm, accentuated by the eminence on which the farm is situated. Possibly a form of moat (2).
