Full Description
Kiln Croft field name with an area of rough ground shown against the laneside on the Tithe Award of 1839. On Bryant's map of 1831 the circular enclosure shown in this area is several times larger than that shown on the Tithe Award. The enclosure shown on Bryant may relate to the field name, or it may have some other unknown function. See also RN 2214 (1).
