The roadside cross at Lacy Green, Wilmslow is a block of stone c.2ft cube, recessed to receive a shaft and crowning a low flight of steps. It was probably erected during the latter half of the 16th century, and the base can still be seen at the top of 'the cliff', Wilmslow

Cross consists of the socket stone and a crudely constructed base of three steps which appears to be rebuilt using the original stones. Probably not in its original position
