Full Description
The mill of Barbinchull, Ollerton. A watermill site, not precisely identified. EPNS give an approximate grid ref SJ780778, from a description of the site of the mill in 1281-1290, 'between the road from le Bothes to Olreton on one side and the watercourse of Marthal on the other' (1). Mrs E. M. Davison of Ollerton states that the farmer of the land confirms that there used to be some stones probably from the mill, at the NGR suggested by EPNS (2).
