Full Description
Cottage, ll0m SSW of Woodland House, Bollington Lane. 17th century with 20th century addition. Timber-framed with brick nogging and extension in brick. Stone-slate roof. Original was L-shaped, now T-shaped. Small framed with some angle bracing to wall plate. Derelict condition with some outer walling and roof collapsed. Interior: Weakly ovolo-moulded beam in main room and most roof timbers intact. Full architectural descrption (1).
