Seventeenth century house on Chelford Road, Knutsford. Not listed. Exterior is rendered on an oak frame and there are indications of an altered cruck frame inside. A ornamental frame now forms a partition by the stairs across the house and suggests that originally there was an open hall. Smoke hood now in airing cupboard.
