Full Description
Possible site of Bronze Age burial. A cremation burial in an urn was found pre 1886, 2ft underground, in association with a large number of stones in the form of a cross. Found near to the square mound (RN:1535) (1). Thompson suggests this sounds like a prehistoric burial, probably in a stone cist (2).
