Summary

Grade II listed former farmhouse is now used as three flats. Built in the later 17th century with 18th century additions and 20th century alterations and extensions. It is brick built on a rubble base with a stone-slate roof. Inside there are timber framed partiton walls and exposed ceiling beams visible in oldest portion.

Flats Nos. 1, 2 & 3 at Prestbury Golf Club, Macclesfield Road. Formerly farmhouse, now 3 flats: later C17 with C18 additions and C20 alterations and extensions. Washed brick on rubble base. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 2 brick chimneys. Long rectangular plan. 2-storey, 7-bay east front. Raised brick band at 1st floor. Left end bay C20 addition. 2nd bay has canted bay below 4-light tall chamfered stone-mullioned window in a gabled ½ dormer. Central gabled porch has similar 4-light windows in bay to right and blocked similar 2-light fire window beyond, all under brick relieving arches. Right end 2 bays C18 addition with 1, 3-light and 1, 2-light chamfered stone-mullioned windows and 2 C20 insertions. Interior: Timber-framed partition walls and exposed ceiling beams visible in oldest portion.
