Full Description
Arley Green School & Arley Gren Lodge (formerly listed as the School and Cottage attached). School (originally a Barn). Early 16th century converted to school c.1830. Stone plinth, brick and timber framing with rendered brick infill and stone slate roof. E front has 20 x 2 cells of small framing with chevroning to upper row. The attached cottage, Arley Green Lodge, has close studding with arched braces. Interior: Four full crucks and wind bracing. Full architectural description (1).
