Summary
Grade II listed 17th century building with later alterations and additions. The two storeyed sandstone farmhouse now has a pebble dash exterior. Alongside is a stone barn of early 19th century date with two circular pitchholes.

C17 with later alterations and additions. Two storeyed sandstone farmhouse. Two C19 casement windows. Front to south now with pebble dash and rendered plinth. Interior: has very early ceiling beams (1). Alongside is a stone barn of early C19 date with two circular pitchholes (2).
