Smith Farm, Hadlow Road. 1739, three storey brick farmhouse with slate roof. Old beams inside. Has been allowed to become derelict. Willaston cannot afford to lose buildings of this quality, it should be kept if at all possible. Although in a poor state of repair it is not as bad as Ashtree Farm was and is capable of being restored. It is well worthy of being listed at Grade II.
