Full Description
Outbuilding. Plain two storey stone rubble barn with gabled ends, probably C17. House. C17 former farm converted into modern residence. Brown brick and red sandstone group of buildings. Former farmhouse, two storeyed with three windows. Windows are of various types, generally modern, slate roofs. Farmyard is now garden with pond. Rake House, formerly The Royal Oak until 1860 (1). Illustration (2). Cannot find this building in the Blue Back, may have been delisted. LB ref is incorrect.
