Metalling of possible road surface recorded recorded during construction work at Church Fields. Running on a SW to NE line. Poss S end of King St. (RN:436) or road from Nantwich to Middlewich, as it approaches the possible fort site in Chapel Fields (RN:1080/5) (1).
