Full Description
Duke's Oak Farmhouse, Holmes Chapel Road. Late 17th century, altered and extended mid 19th century. Painted brick with dark tile roof. Interior has two repaired stop-chamfered oak beams in parlour and two similar beams unaltered in bedroom. Broad oak board floor to attic; oak purlins and rafters. Stair replaced.
