Summary

Grade II listed farmhouse, Cledford Lane. Built in the late 17th century it was originally a small farmhouse with a front wing added in the 18th century and then the front part was recased in brick in the early 19th century. Has also been altered in the late 20th century. Inside the rear wing has chamfered oak beams, oak joists and altered inglenook fireplace.

Briar Pool Farmhouse, Cledford Lane. Late 17th century with front part recased in brick early 19th century and altered late 20th century. Interior: the rear wing has chamfered oak beams, oak joists and altered inglenook fireplace. Chamfered oak beams in front wing. Probably a small 17th century farmhouse with gable to road with front wing added 18th century and recased early 19th century. Full architectural description (1).
