Stone font, found in the Congleton area.
<2> Longley D, 1977-1978, Longley Archive, No.665 (Paper Archive). SCH2005.
In 1978 it was in the basement of the old library at Congleton. It was c.50 cms deep and 1m in diameter. Possibly the basin of an old font.
