Full Description
Site D - Evidence of timber buildings and 2nd century pottery (1). Also evidence of a pathway at right angles to King Street (2). Bestwick gives grid ref. SJ 7036 6705 for Site D (1), but Stubbs (2) and Petch (3) suggest this site was south of the railway bridge.
