Formerly farmhouse now private house. Late seventeenth century origins but of mid nineteenth century appearance. Brown brick with stone slab roof. Two storeys and attic, four bays. One-to-three-light flush casements with glazing bars and cambered arches. Half glazed door with outer linings under cambered arch. Original two-light metal casements on gudgeons in attic. Brick stacks south gable and mid ridge. Interior: Exposed beams and inglenook beam. Staircase with splat balusters.
