Find Spot record 8030/55 - Roman Tombstone, Agricola Tower, Chester Castle

Part of a Roman tombstone was found in 1831 in the wall near the southeast angle of the Agricola Tower in Chester Castle. The upper portion was lost before 1849, and the lower portion is now in the Grosvenor Museum (1, 2). No other information on the find is available.
