Full Description
Barn at Brook Farm, C17. Timber framed with rendered infill and tile roof. Yard front: Stone and brick plinth supporting 12 x 2 cells of uneven framing with angle braces at right, left and centre. Two C19 stable doors at left. Righthand gable end is close studded with a middle rail and tension passing braces to left and right. Two sets of purlins evident. The rear has 14 cells of uneven framing with angle braces at centre and right. Gabled loft door at left. The building adjoins C19 farm buildings at the left which are not included in the item.
