Manor House,'THMH 1632' (stone). Red sandstone with slate roof; late seventeenth century and later wing (east). Stone, brick and pebble-dash. Original portion three bay (a:b:a) with projecting central gable. Three and a half storeys to front, two to back. Two storey right wing. Plain projecting plinth; moulded strings at first floor and at base of back parapet; stone-coped gables with shaped kneelers and pointed finials; two symmetrically placed diminishing chimneys in corners of central projection, each with two diagonal flues. Projecting gabled porch and two half-dormers to east wing. two, three and four-light mullioned windows, leadwork replaced, to front; four and five-light mullioned and transomed, leading replaced (diamond panes), to back. Modern shaped boarded oak door. Oriel in end gable, left, probably modern. The surrounds to windows in the original block are double bevelled with single bevelled mullions; in the east wing surrounds are single bevelled.
