Full Description
No.51 High Street. Formerly farmhouse, now house. C17 with raising of roof and alterations of mid C20. Partly timber framed with brick nogging on natural sandstone base, remainder in brick. Tile roof and two brick chimneys. Two-storey, three-bay front. 8 x 2 & 3 irregular small frames. Iron and wooden casements. Board door approached by six stone steps. Upper storey has two four-light windows in half dormers with applied timber framing. Full architectural description (1).
