Objects found on the site of the former town dump in Boughton. An 18th century slipware lid in a pale buff coloured fabric with a dark brown slipped upper surface, decorated with trailed white slip. Also a 19th century clay tobacco pipe bowl, decoratively ridged on the exterior.

A slipware lid in a pale buff coloured fabric with a dark brown slipped upper surface, decorated with trailed white slip & dated to the first quarter of the 18th century. Also a 19th century clay tobbaco pipe bowl decoratively ridged on the exterior. Found on the site of the former town dump, Boughton (1).
