House with adjoining workshops, now subdivided as flats. c1820, with later alterations. Brick with slate roof. Doorway in angle with projecting wing to left in moulded architrave with console brackets to hood. Twelve-pane sash windows to right and upper floor. Rear elevation to Lowe Street has central round-arched stair window flanked by sixteen-pane sash windows. Projecting wing largely refenestrated on conversion to flats, but possibly originally in use as weaving workshops.
