Farmhouse, 1793, altered. Brown brick, headers each sixth course, with stone quoins and keystones to window heads of lower two storeys. Gabled roof of grey slate with chimneys at end gables. Stone rustications to archivolt and jambs of entrance, with radial bar fan; Keystone with carved ornament and date. Door of 6 flush panels. Windows renewed, in keeping. Interior. Late Georgian plain staircase, repaired. One door with 6 fielded panels survives (first floor). Main and secondary beams to first floor over parlour, right. The house stands on the site of a moat, scheduled as an ancient monument.
