Summary

The site of a house depicted on early ninteenth century maps. The house was demolished sometime in the late nineteenth century. By 1898 the site of the house is shown as being occupied by a small mixed plantation of woodland and a sub-rectangular pond.

Tithe map for Sandbach depicts a single rectangular building. It is described as a cottages and garden.

This map depicts a plot with a T shaped arrangement of buildings to the south and a short range on smaller buildings to the north east of the plot. Labelled Welstone Stych.

The plot has no extant buildings and has been expanded to the north and a large rectangular pond now shown.
