Formerly farmhouse, now house: dated 1682 and 1771 on rainhead. Twentieth century additions and alterations. Coursed squared buff sandstone rubble, Kerridge stone-slate roof and stone ridge. One gable brick chimney. Originally lobby-entry house now lost in square block. Two-storey, four-bay front. Left two bays rendered twentieth century addition with casements and glazed door. Right two bays in gabled cross wing, have twentieth century lean to stone porch, and a two light chamfered stone mullioned window under a rubble hood mould and a two light casement with glazing bars above. Date plaque between reads TCF 1682 and there is a blocked circular light in a diamond shaped stone in the gable.
