The quarries are not depicted on this map.

This map depicts two small quarries adjacent to each other and to the north-east of a track.

<3> Ordnance Survey, 1896-1898, Ordnance Survey First Revision County Series (Epoch 2) 25 inch to 1 mile - Cheshire, SJ8657, 1899 (Maps and Plans). SCH3848.

There is a small quarry to the south-west of the track containing group of small buildings. Only the south-western of the quarries depicted on the earlier map are depicted. It is labelled 'Old Quarry'.

The quarry has expanded to the south-west and a building is located in this area. The earlier building is no longer extant. The old workings appear more extensive.
