Formerly two cottages and a house, now two houses: later eighteenth century. English garden wall bond orange brick on natural sandstone base. Welsh slate roof and three brick chimneys. Short terrace. Two-storey, seven-bay west front. Left four bays are former pair of cottages. Three-light wooden casements with cambered gauged and rubbed brick heads below, two-light casements above. Two doorways (one now blocked) under flat brick heads. Three-bay house has casements under segmental brick heads and central half-glazed door under a similar head approached by stone steps. Picturesquely situated up an alley behind the main street. Listed for group value.
