Several blocks of regular ridge are furrow aligned east west and seemingly conforming to the field pattern. The widest is c.8.4 metres from ridge to ridge, with the narrowest c.3 metres. At least two blocks are consistent with the form of ridge and furrow created by steam ploughing. Preservation ranges from good to poor. It is probable that these earthworks represent ridge and furrow created by horse ploughing in the early post medieval period, and steam ploughing in the nineteenth century.

The earthworks are clearly visible.
