Summary
The site of two cottages and an outbuilding depicted on the tithe map for High Legh township in 1848. The buildings had been demolished by 1876, but subsurface archaeological remains associated with them, may survive in theis area.

This map depicts two buildings to the north-east of Littleoaks (see 2). The award describes the plot containing these buildings as two cottages, outbuilding, garden and stack yard.
