Two blocks of ridge and furrow are visible as earthworks. One block, which covers most of the field is aligned north-west to south-east and displays a slight aratral shape. The approximate width from ridge crest to ridge crest is five metres, though some ridges appear wider. There is a suggestion that some of the ridges may have been subdivided. A later marl pit truncates the ridge and furrow. At the south-eastern end of this block is a smaller block aligned at ninety degrees, with an approximate width of four metres.
