Grade II listed Lodge to Broxton Old Hall. 1873 by John Douglas. Oak-framed with plaster panels on high, partly rendered, brick plinth; gabled stone-slate roof with shaped central chimney. Oak mullioned windows with leaded glazing. Ornate framing to projecting gables with bargeboards and finials.

Lodge to Broxton Old Hall. Grade II listed. Lodge, 1873 by John Douglas. Oak-framed with plaster panels on high, partly rendered, brick plinth; gabled stone-slate roof with shaped central chimney. 1 storey, Jacobethan, cross-shaped with canted bay windows under bracketted gables in front and right side. Gabled porch in right corner contains arched, part-glazed door. Oak mullioned windows with leaded glazing. Ornate framing to projecting gables with bargeboards and finials. E1873 on right gable (to Drive).
