The farmhouse was replaced in 1894, by a farmhouse specifically designed for the Eaton Estate and is listed at Grade II. A further farm building built at this time has been converted to a house. The farmstead was converted to residential use in the 1990s, with those farm buildings not suitable for conversion, demolished, and new houses constructed on the site.

This map depicts the farmstead prior to the construction of the 1894 farmhouse. The farmstead is located to the east of the later farmhouse. The farmhouse is clearly depicted with a L-shaped range of farm buildings to the north and a further farm building to the west. These buildings define a probable yard area. A further range of smaller buildings, which appear to include pigsties, is located to the immediate east of the house. The plot is described as house, buildings, yard and garden.

A new farm building has been constructed which adjoins the south-western side of the western farm building. A range of small buildings has been constructed to the north-west of the new farmhouse.
