Summary

The site of a short lived nineteenth century farmstead. Constructed adjacent to an existing barn, the farmstead was bult sometime between 1846 and 1875 and had been demolished by 1898. LIDAR survey suggests that earthworks associated with the farmstead, or its demolition, may survive in this area.

This map depicts a house and gardens, with an L-shaped range of out buildings to the immediate north. The larger of the outbuildings corresponds to the building depicted on the tithe map (see 2). Labelled Brook House.
