The site of a farmstead mentioned in documentary sources dating from the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. It was demolished in the mid to late nineteenth century.

This map depicts buildings at this location. They are labelled as Brook House, but it isn't clear if this label refers to this group of buildings, the building to the south-west (see CHER 15241), or both.

This map depicts a group of five buildings. The plots are described as a cottage and garden, and a house, yard and garden.

The buildings are no longer extant.

Possibly the Brookhouses referred to in documentary sources. The earliest reference is 1541-2 and may be the John Darlington's house referred to in 1475.
