1899-1900 by R Burns Dick. Pink brick and yellow sandstone, two storeys, with moulded brick architraves blocked with stone, and keystones. Oriels. Two octagonal turrets with domed metal pavilions on top, resting on metal columns. Tuscan porch. Aedile between storeys. Egg and dart cornice. Round and pointed gables, with shields and swags etc. Tuscan entrances with roudarches. Iron stair balusters.
