Full Description

This map depicts an area labelled as the Old Militia Barracks. Located at the northern end of the site adjacent to Museum Street was a rectangular building with circular projections at each corner; possibly imitation towers. A range of buildings were located against the eastern limit of the site, directly adjacent to Winmarleigh Street. Further ranges were located along Wilson Patten Street and the western boundary of the site. The gate was located at the corner of Winmarleigh Street and Wilson Patten Street.

The works is not depicted on this map. The area appears to be undeveloped, possibly agricultural, land.
