Formerly a smithy, now light engineering. Mid C19. Red brick with roof mainly of shaped tiles. Single storey and attic 2 bay with lower, single storey, one bay addition east. "T" shaped plan formed by rear west wing. 2-light casements ground floor and in gabled roof dormer. Single light casement in east extension. Roll moulded gable copings with kneelers. Reducing gable end stacks. The rear wing has large door opening and early C20 windows.
