The western arm of the possible enclosure is very well defined and appears to curve to the north-west at its northern end. It’s a shame that the relationship between the later NNW-SSE field boundary has been lost due to the smoothing out of the gaps in the data due to tree cover. This feature appears to be truncated by the road. I suspect that the eastern arm of the possible enclosure, especially in the area south of the road, is a later field boundary. North of the road there is a possible linear feature which runs from the road to the northern end of the western arm. If this is an enclosure, it may be another medieval feature associated with hunting like Toot Hill to the north-east.
