House, probably late C17, altered. Rendered with smooth quoins; slate roof. 2 storeys. Plain band at 1st floor. Camber-arched doorway with added porch, in keeping. 1 window left of porch and 2 right of porch to lower storey; 2 windows to upper storey. All window openings have cambered heads with moulded keystones (matching No. 64 St Ann's Road, q.v.) and projecting stone cills. Chimney behind ridge left of centre. Interior: Cellar under hall and left room; part of inglenook bressumer in later chimneybreast in right room; longitudinal stop-chamfered oak beam in front bedroom with rougher cross-beam. Late C19 and C20 refurbishment has destroyed or concealed other features.
