Pickmere Tithe map of 1841 shows 3 buildings on either side of Hall lane. Plot names indicate these are the house, barn and stable occupied by Richard Walley and owned by Peter Lester. The house matches the footprint of the current Pickmerehall farmhouse. The barn and stable appear to survive within the current complex of farm buildings to the south.
