Full Description
<1> English Heritage, 2005, List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest, 56736 (Digital Archive). SCH4666.
Stables, mid nineteenth century, whitened brickwork with slate roof. Eleven stables, with half heck doors. Two storeys including the hay loft. Timber hopper light windows to stables, four pitch holes to hay loft. The ridge has the remains of three louvred ventilators.

Converted to housing sometime in the 1990s.

The northern three quarters of this building are depicted on this map.

A group of three pigsties has been built at the southern end of the building.

The pigsties have been replaced by a new building or extension to the stables.
