Monument record 14951 - Former Course of Road at Cuttleford Farm

The tithe map for the township of Odd Rode depicts a road running west from Newcastle Road, past Cuttleford Farm, before turning to a north westerly direction. The road then crosses Chance Hall Lane to join an un-named lane.

The road east of the new alignment of Newcastle Road (see CHER 14952) is no longer extant, but its course is visible as a field boundary and tree line. The road also now stops short of Chance Hall Lane, though a trackway is depicted.
