Summary
An archaeological watching brief, in 2018, on land off Grosvenor Park Road, recorded a probable, sub-circular, Post Medieval tanning pit. Additionally, horn cores were also recovered from a dark earth deposit recorded widely across the investigated area. Previous investigations on this site also found evidence for tanning activity (see CHER 11468).
