Summary

An archaeological watching brief, in 2018, on land off Grosvenor Park Road, recorded a probable, sub-circular, Post Medieval tanning pit. Additionally, horn cores were also recovered from a dark earth deposit recorded widely across the investigated area. Previous investigations on this site also found evidence for tanning activity (see CHER 11468).

An archaeological watching brief, in 2018, on land off Grosvenor Park Road, recorded a probable, sub-circular, Post Medieval tanning pit.
