St Stephen's Vicarage, Brook Street: 1863. Architect, Joseph Clarke. Red brick with stone and terra cotta dressings; 2 storeys. Front, facing south, has projecting gabled bay to left with entrance porch to right under a lean-to roof; recessed gabled wing on left-hand side; 3+2+2 stone mullioned windows in chamfered, keyed surrounds, those in left-hand gable to projecting bay under a blind arch with banded terra cotta tiles in tympanum; window on right with small gable; pointed arched doorway; brick stacks with vertical ribs; stone coped parapets; tiles.

A heritage statement was produced in support of re-development of Congleton Leisure Centre in 2018. St Stephen's Church (locally listed) and its Grade II listed Vicarage, circa 50m to the east of the Church, are both depicted on the OS First Edition map of 1875.
