A group of probable medieval / post medieval field boundaries, possibly part of a wider field system centred at approximately SJ 4293 5003, are visible as earthwork banks and ditches on lidar imagery and appear to remain extant on the latest 2013 aerial photography. Some of the boundaries appear to define the edges of blocks of ridge and furrow ploughing (UID 1607985), though the majority of the rectilinear fields defined by the earthworks appear empty of ridge and furrow on lidar (2-3).
