Tithe map of 1846 records the plot details for the area marked on the OS 1st edition as being owned and occupied by George Eaton. Plot 520 is recorded as House, Outbuildings, Yard, Garden Lawn and Shrubbery. The plots surrounding the house area are Plots 513 Meadow, 521 Front Field and 515 Gravel Field. All are in use as pasture, meadow or under cultivation (oats and potatoes)
