Summary

A group of three buildings, to the west of Flash Farm, are visible on the Ordnance Survey First Edition and later mapping and appear to represent a homestead with a main building and two ancilliary buildings. They are not depicted on the Tithe map therefore date from between circa 1840 and 1872-1882. The buildings are visible on 1940s air photographs but are no longer visible on air photographs dating between 1971-73, although the footprint of the buildings is still visible.

A group of three buildings, to the west of Flash Farm, are visible on the Ordnance Survey First Edition (source 2) and later mapping and appear to represent a homestead with a main building and two ancilliary buildings. They are not depicted on the Tithe map (source 3) therefore date from between circa 1840 and 1872-1882. The buildings are visible on 1940s air photographs (source 4) but are no longer visible on air photographs dating between 1971-73 (source 5), although the footprint of the buildings is still visible.
