Summary

Two adjacent cottage and garden plots to the south of Chorley Old Hall Moat are depicted on the 1841 tithe map. The cottages had been demolished by 1877.

Two adjacent cottage and garden plots are depicted on the Tithe Map (see 2) to the south of Chorley Old Hall Moat. The owner of both plots is recorded as Thomas Joseph Trafford and the occupier John Taylor. Neither of the properties is depicted on the Ordnance Survey first edition map (see 3).
